- Press PROG/HELP key
- Press PARK key OR If there is no Park Key Press HOLD
- Enter password (456) followed by # key
- Press 6
- Press 1
- Enter branch ID # ( 1 ) followed by # key
- Follow prompts to record Day greeting (press 1 to record etc.)
- Press # key when complete (to go to night greeting)
- Follow prompts to record Night greeting (press 1 to record etc.)
- Press # then hang up

- Press PROG/HELP key
- Press PARK key OR If there is no Park Key Press HOLD
- Enter password (456) followed by # key
- Press 6
- Press 1
- Enter prompt # ( 540 ) followed by # key
- Follow prompts to record (press 1 to record etc.)
- Press # key when complete, then hang up
- When ready to use the Holiday Greeting, switch the Day/Night Key to Holiday Mode.

To Add / Record / Delete a NAME in Company Directory
- Press PROG/HELP key
- Press PARK key OR If there is no Park Key Press HOLD
- Enter password (456) followed by # key
- Press 6
- Press 2
- Enter extension # ( i.e. 101) followed by # key
- Follow prompts to record name (press 1 to record etc.)
*Note: to delete name for extension completely, press the HOLD
Key. When asked to confirm deletion press #
- Press # key when complete
- Enter name key (a=2, b=2, … w=9, etc. )
- Press # then hang up or enter next extension

IVX - SYSTEM TIME CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
(CHANGES THE TIME DISPLAYED ON THE STATION SETS)
Go to any phone and press PROG/HELP key.
Press PARK key OR If there is no Park Key Press HOLD
Enter Administrator Password (456# is default).
Press 1.
Press 4.
Enter time in a 12-hour format.
("1233" = 12:33 or "0315" = 3:15)
Press # key and SPEAKER key when finished.
